One in every eight babies in the U.S. is born prematurely, some so tiny that they can't even cry.  If they could, it would be for your help!  Many of these children suffer from life-long complications and illness due to premature birth, and no one is working harder to make a difference in their lives than the March of Dimes!  Your donations to the 2009 Fund The Mission appeal will be used for programs of research, community service, education and advocacy.  Thank you for your support!!!
